Terms of Service & Referral Attribution Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms & Master Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between VOUCHIR Technologies Inc. ("VOUCHIR") and the organization subscribing to or accessing the platform ("Customer"). Individual employees and candidates accessing VOUCHIR via corporate single sign-on (SSO) or referral intake portals are deemed authorized users governed by these Terms and their employer's internal policies.

3. Platform Licensing & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and active subscription tiers:

• VOUCHIR grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform, deploy the containerized integration engine inside Customer's authorized VPC, and distribute requisitions through internal Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email networks.
• Customer shall not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the VOUCHIR attribution algorithms or engine binaries.
• Customer agrees to use VOUCHIR exclusively for legitimate corporate recruiting and talent acquisition purposes in compliance with all applicable labor laws.

4. Service Level Agreement & Support

For Enterprise and Dedicated Private Cloud tiers, VOUCHIR warrants a monthly uptime percentage of 99.9% for cloud ingestion endpoints and ATS webhook relays, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.

Support requests from enterprise tenant administrators are prioritized with 1-hour critical response SLAs for production-affecting webhook degradation.

5. Intellectual Property & Tenant Data Ownership

Customer Data: Customer retains exclusive ownership of all candidate submissions, employee directories, and requisition metadata processed through the platform. VOUCHIR claims no ownership rights over Customer data.

VOUCHIR Intellectual Property: VOUCHIR retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, UI design systems, token hashing schemes, documentation, and underlying proprietary software.

6. Confidentiality & Security Warranty

Each party agrees to safeguard confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own sensitive data (and no less than reasonable care). VOUCHIR maintains physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal candidate data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Term, Termination & Data Deletion

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive 12-month periods unless notice is provided at least 30 days prior to renewal. Upon termination, Customer may export full Attribution Ledger records in CSV/JSON format, after which all tenant data is scheduled for secure crypto-shredding within 30 calendar days.
